Following are the compliances to be done:

1. Annual Return

Every LLP shall be required to file Annual Return. In case of non-filing of form there is penalty of Rs. 10 per day and there is no maximum limit of penalty.

2. All Partner KYC

Every partner of LLP must do their KYC if not done then there is penalty of Rs. 5000 each partner

3. Statement of account & solvency (Signed Financials)

Every LLP shall mandatory required to file financials up to 30 October and in case of non-filing of form there is penalty of Rs. 10 per days and there no maximum limit of penalty.
